Johns Hopkins Cardiac CT Practicum

To register

There is a two part process for registration.  First, please contact Sephanie Bosley by email (bosley1@jhmi.edu) or call Susan Orr by telephone (410-550-0845) or use the contact forms on this site)  to check availability and reserve dates.  You will be sent a registration form.  Then return that form with payment to the Johns Hopkins University, Office of Continuing Medical Education, P.O. Box 64128, Baltimore, Maryland 21264-4128. Make check payable to Hopkins/07-530232. Or fax your credit card registration to (410) 955-0807. Registration is accepted on a first payment-received basis.  Your registration is not fully confirmed until payment is received.

Tuition: $6,595

Method of Payment: By credit card or check.

Payment must accompany the registration form and be received prior to the activity start date. Foreign payments must be by credit card or with a U.S. Dollar World Money Order. The registration fee includes all instructional materials, breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunches, social events and parking. Special rates are available for fellows currently undergoing training  (50% discount), and for current members of the military (35% discount).

Tuition Refund Policy
Cancellation policy: Space availability is very limited. Tuition will be refunded for cancellation greater than 4 weeks prior to class. Cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks prior to activity are subject to a 50% penalty, and those within 2 weeks prior to activity, a 100% penalty.

The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine reserves the right to cancel or postpone any activity due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, the University will refund the registration fee but is not responsible for travel expenses.

Hotel and Travel Information
Participants are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. A list of recommended hotels will be provided with your confirmation notice and are available online.

Please call for suggestions about hotels for the specific week that you are interested in, as clustering of participants may allow us to arrange complimentary transportation to and from Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center each day.
